About this apartment rental
The apartment with a size of 21 sqm is located on the ground floor of a MFH. There is a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen. The center of Dresden can be easily reached by tram within 10 minutes. Within walking distance are 5 minutes walk on the Kesselsdorfer road numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. Wi-Fi is free for our guests. Facilities include linen, towels, toiletries and hair dryer. The city charges a tourist tax of 6% of the room price for guests aged 18 or over who are not in Dresden for business reasons. This is to be paid locally.

Ein citynahes, einfaches Apartment mit guter Anbindung an den Dresdner Nahverkehr. Für 3 Nächte für den Preis absolut in Ordnung.

Das Zimmer ist schlicht und ergreifend, es ist aber alles da, was man braucht. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig in Ordnung. Die Lage ist prima, eine ruhige Seitenstraße gar nicht weit (ca. 2 km) vom Stadtzentrum, mit einer Vorstadt-Einkaufsmeile in 5 min. Fußentfernung und super Anbindung in die Innenstadt.

Sauber war es leider nicht, das Bad hat unangenehm gerochen. Der Fernseher hat ein interessantes "Eigenleben"
