The location of as perfect, a much larger apartment than I was expecting with excellent views.
The property was not a problem but due to close proximity to the train track it may be beneficial for other guests to bring ear plugs if they are light sleepers

Very welcoming and took us right to the door
Lack of cups/mugs. One of the two(!) mugs was cracked and therefor leaked.
In this day and age, no cafetière?!
Some of the heating controls impossible to read and therefore set!
