About this house rental
Four bedroom, two bath house. There is an awesome massage chair, also a lift chair . A beautiful Peacock waterfall and a 6'5 foot wooden giraffe, NO! 7 foot! Nice . We also have a big patio out back with a grill and a big yard. Across the street is a nice grocery store for any upcoming needs. Across the road is a golf driving range and 2 blocks away is Holiday Hills Golf club.! It is a Nice 18 hole golf course..
There is a Quiznos and Pizza World are right across the street also. It takes only 5 minutes to drive to Downtown Branson and The Landing which has many wonderful restaurants and many stores for shopping and great arcades for the whole family. It is only ten minute drive to Branson strip to enjoy all the local entertainment and attractions. We do want to tell you that the exterior picture that is currently on google maps is not recent and is nothing like the current property which is all upgraded. There is a bowling alley one block away.

The setup of the house was a little odd, like two houses had been put together. The first room is a dining room but to get to the living room, you had to walk through 2 bedrooms. The roof was covered by tarps, there was junk in the yard, and a small portion of the ceiling in the dining room is loose and will fall soon if not repaired.The location was great.

Plus: Good communication, Host was generous to bring over nessesary kitchen item, plenty of beds and bed linens. Negatives: Property needs lots of upkeepAirconditioning was NOT workingYard was over grown and not well keptCleanliness was subpar, nessesary places were clean but windows corners cobwebs were not cleanKitchen was not stocked well, had missing nessesary items to function like rags, 1 oven mitt, spatulas, outdoor kitchen and grill were unusable and one had a nest in it, nothing to clean the grillBugs were bad- ants, cockroaches, 3 recluse spiders and ticks. Place needs quite some maintenance before it is stayed in again!
