Echt een super mooie plek waar je met een grote groep heel erg fijn kunt zitten. De villa staat net buiten Split, wat wij heel fijn vonden omdat we daardoor wat meer rust hadden. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien, je kan net zo goed de hele vakantie in de villa blijven en je raakt zeker niet verveeld.

This was an excellent property for our family holiday. Probably a bit big for 10 of us but when we booked we didn't know how many might be coming with us. It was easy to find once we had figured out the local roads, and had a great view over Split and out to the sea. The view at night time was quite impressive.
The property is on four floors (plus a basement). The owners had bought the building as 3 floors and put the fourth floor on it, and at this point the ground floor was a restaurant. As such, the ground floor remains as a 'restaurant'. Its got a huge dining area, a bar area and a really well equipped kitchen. Loads of fridge space, a freezer, 2 dishwashers, Ice machines etc. Really well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils.
Each of the three accommodation floors are essentially identical replica apartments. Each has 3 x double rooms with en-suite shower rooms and wardrobe space with dressing table. In addition there is a communal shower/bathroom and there is a washing machine in here too (that's right, one on each floor!). Each apartment also has a living room area with sofa etc and a kitchen and dining area. Oven and hob in the kitchen. One of the rooms and the living room have balcony access which looks over the pool and out to the coast, the other rooms have good windows. All rooms have air-conditioning and each room can be locked whilst the apartment can be locked too so security is good.
In the basement there is a wine room/bar (we didn't use it), pool table, table tennis table, multi-gym, hot tub and sauna.
There is also an annex room (we didn't use it) as a sort of barbeque room outside.
The pool is a good size 10 x 5m I guess and there is also a relaxation pool too with water jets. Pool is clean and well maintained (pool boy came twice per week). Loads of sun loungers and areas in the shade if you want that. Outside rattan type furniture too for chilling out / eating etc.
Lots of construction going on all over Split so some noise from that, but I suspect you would get this anywhere in Split - definitely on the se front!
4 bins for waste segregation and main bin emptied regularly but recycling wasn't emptied for the fortnight we were there.

Amazing property, modern, clean, fully equipped with everything you need. Rooms are extremely tidy and organized. There is no better place than this where you can enjoy a summer with a big group of 24 people.
