Άνετο και απλό με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές, ψυγείο, κλιματισμός, πιστολάκι, WiFi , parking (σημαντικό για τον Αρμενιστή). Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία.
Η ελλιπής ηχομόνωση, άκουγες τα πάντα απο τα διπλανά δωμάτια. Χρειάζεται μια ανακαίνιση για σιτες, στρώμα, πόρτες.
