About this house rental
We rent a house completely renovated in 2014, quiet (edge of the woods and into a dead end) for 2-6 people, located 150 meters from the marina of Perros Guirec. Shops nearby and many activities
(Hiking trails, sailing, surfing, diving, visit of the 7 islands on a tall ship or speedboat, boat hire, electric bike, golf, casino, tennis, restaurants, Gallic village, tree climbing, beaches etc ...).
It has a 500 m2 garden with wooden deck overlooking the harbor and bay. It consists of 3 bedrooms (1 ground floor and 2 upstairs), a kitchen (pyrolysis oven, microwave, induction cooker and dishwasher, washing machine in dependence).
2 bathrooms (1 ground floor communicating with the chamber and 1 upstairs) 2 toilets (1 independent ground floor and one in the bathroom on the floor).
Baby equipment available (cot, high chair, bath and changing table).
Possibility to rent sheets and towels (extra charge); water charges included and electricity costs not included from 01/10/17 to 15/05/18.

Everything is perfect.The house is in a quiet dead-end road.Very clean and really nice host.If someone really wants to critisize something, it could be mentioned that the sofa in the living room could be replaced.

Wunderbares Haus in einer sehr schönen Gegend in der Bretagne. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Sehr hübsches gemütliches Haus, liebevoll restauriert und geschmackvoll dekoriert mit perfekt ausgestatteter Küche und einem wundervollen Hanggarten mit einem großen Sonnenholzdeck und Blick auf das Meer. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und im obigen Gartenteil gibt es einen direkten Zugang zum Wald (ideal für Urlaub mit Hund). Zwei Bäcker sind fußläufig im Hafen. Die Vermieterin Sabine ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub wir kommen gerne wieder.
