The beach "Kolovare" as well as the old town are within walking distance. Parking is available nearby (sometimes free of charge, partly payable).
The location is ideal for tourists who plan their holiday without a car. The bus station is nearby, you can reach it in just 10 minutes.

The apartment is newly renovated, small but well-arranged, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located in the middle of the road between the central bus station and the old town. Just go left maybe 800m and you are at the boat port where the ferry leaves from. It is visible from the bedroom. Nearby there are restaurants, grocery stores, a bank. The apartment is very good and the location. We had a series of bad luck and events until check-in including a storm outside :( , after that everything was fine. The street in front is relatively active and at night between 1 and 2 am motorbikes race and it is noisy. The sofa is suitable for children up to about 8 years old in my opinion. Overall, a good place to visit if you want a vacation that is for walking, sightseeing - historical, ports, you can see a beautiful mountain, islands - I recommend :). If you are looking to lie on a sandy beach then go to Greece, Bulgaria or Turkey.The old town of Zadar is beautiful - small cobblestone streets, cathedrals and towers, a museum, the pier with the musical organ especially at sunset and many restaurants. For those that are recommended you need a reservation for some even 3 days in advance. In the active season it is not easy to find a place to sitin the evening. There is a cloakroom for storing luggage at the bus station. For children only in Zadar and Preko we saw inflatable facilities in the sea, and in Nin there was also a small amusement park, but it only wor

This spot is located very close to everything youre going to want to see here, definitely would recommend. The only thing to consider with this property is that the pull out couch will not sleep a full sized adult, let alone two. I am 163 cm and could only fit diagonal. Otherwise, very friendly check in/out interaction and the space did what it needed for my friend and I.
