Casa di Vangelis is a beautiful, traditional house, located in the picturesque village of Chromonastiri, only a short drive away from Rethymno Old Town and its long sandy beach. This 100 m2 Villa can accommodate 8 guests in its 4 spacious bedrooms.
Layout
The Villa consists of two independent areas with private entrances, both of which have access to the outdoor area.
First Building - Ground Floor:
-Living room with white decor, corner sofa, books, games, 50 TV, and direct access to the pool area
-One bedroom with a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and 32 TV
-Family bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine
First Building - First Floor:
-Two bedrooms: one with a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and one with two semi-double beds (1.40 x 2.00 m)
-Shared bathroom with a shower cabin and a double sink
Second Building - Ground Floor:
-Fully equipped kitchen with indoor dining area and all necessary appliances for self-catering
Second Building - First Floor
-One bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), 32 TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin
-All bedrooms are air-conditioned, bright and airy, with comfortable mattresses, shutters, and mosquito nets throughout
Outdoor Area
The outdoor area of the villa is also very carefully designed, offering a variety of facilities, which include:?
- A 40 sq. m. private swimming pool. Minimum depth: 1.00 m. Maximum depth: 1.60 m.
- The terrace is equipped with a hammock, 6 sun beds, 3 umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, so you can sunbathe and relax by the pool all day long.
- Fully equipped gas barbecue facilities.
- Outdoor dining table next to the pool.
-Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Der Check In hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir hatten rund um die Uhr eine sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin, die uns in Empfang genommen hat und uns auch wieder verabschiedet hat.
Was uns etwas gestört hat, war das Thema Sauberkeit dort. In der einen Woche sollte einmal jemand kommen zum sauber machen. Sie hatte jedoch nur Handtücher und Bettlaken eingesammelt und war wieder weg.
Leider sind auch keine Utensilien zum selber sauber machen vor Ort gewesen, was aber nötig gewesen wäre mit sieben Frauen in einer Woche.
Ansonsten hatten wir einen super Urlaub. Räumlichkeiten waren gut aufgeteilt, der Pool hatte eine gute Größe für uns und die Küche war auch super ausgestattet.

Nous avons séjourné au mois d'août 2020 en famille (10 personnes). Notre concierge personnelle Maria a été très appréciée. Elle est très serviable et toujours joignable. La maison correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes et est entièrement équipée. La piscine est top. Le petit village de Chromonastiri est très agréable et a seulement 10 minutes en voiture de Rethymnon. On mange une très bonne moussaka au restaurant du village Evia.
Nous avons tous passé un excellent séjour.

Très jolie villa très bien entretenue située dans un villa très agréable. Taverne délicieuse et très accueillante.
