Atendimento excelente. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e as áreas comuns da pousada são muito confortáveis
Faltava acessórios para pendurar toalhas, bolsas, roupas. Cheiro de esgoto subindo pelo ralho mas isso é comum na Ilha toda.

Fiquei hospedada na Pousada Farol dos Borbas em Ilha Grande e achei a experiência excelente. A localização é ótima, bem em frente à praia e muito próxima ao píer, o que facilitou bastante na volta, já que consegui pegar o táxi boat para Conceição às 17h30. O quarto tem um tamanho muito bom para duas pessoas, a cama é confortável, firme e nada molenga. O ar-condicionado funcionou perfeitamente e o chuveiro tinha água quente sem problemas. O café da manhã também é gostoso e bem servido. Outro ponto que gostei foi a possibilidade de fazer check-out mais tarde mediante pagamento de uma taxa, o que deixou o último dia muito mais tranquilo. Consegui ficar até às 17h. Achei a hospedagem excelente e super indico!
