Sehr nah an der Messe, in ca. 10 minuten zu fuß erreichbar. Auch die straßenbahnstation, mit der man in 10 minuten beim Anger ist falls man einkaufen möchte. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und eine hübsche, saubere Unterkunft.
Der Boden im Bad ist im Winter recht kalt, Die Matratze des Bettes war für mich etwas zu hart.

Ruhige Lage, wenige Gehminuten zur Straßenbahn (10 Minuten Fahrzeit bis zur Innenstadt), Sauberkeit, herzlicher Empfang, Parken auf dem Grundstück möglich
barrierefreie Dusche mit Duschvorhang (beim Duschen lief sehr viel Wasser ins Bad) kein separates Schlafzimmer (aber für 1 Nacht war das völlig ok! )
