tolle lage direkt am strand mit ausblick sogar aufs meer. schöner garten vorne und sehr nette gastgeber. parken kann man hinter dem haus und es ist alles super erreichbar. sogar ein griller im garten steht für gäste bereit!

zu der zeit war aucg ein hund im haus, der uns leider fast jeden morgen aufgeweckt hat. und durch die strasse davor nicht in kompletter ruhelage, nimmt man aber für die gute lage gerne in kauf.

Location is the best - right on the main beach promenade The host - Daška is very nice and helps with everything, she speaks a bit English No extra payment in cash was necessary Free private parking, always available The accommodation title is visible from the road to easily find it The manager lends a small air-filled boat for free Big TV with Netflix WiFi internet was good AC working and free Big and comfortable bed Terrace with chairs and a table Private Fridge and freezer available Private bathroom available Stove available Attractions nearby: Main beach promenade - lots of sunbathing girls (10 seconds of walking) Sea where you can swim - very clean and exceptionally warm this year = 26°C (10 seconds of walking) Paddle-board rent on the beach (15€/h) (10 seconds of walking) Great bistro-pizza LaBabulj nearby - pizza (cca 12€) was great (1 minute of walking) Zrce beach - very very very alive and busy night club center - you don't even need to pay to be there, some clubs have free entrance (about 15 min of driving, TAXI = 20€ per ride or parking of a private car at Zrce beach costs 9,50€ per night)

Narrow road for the car within the private property Netflix sometimes froze, most probably due to insufficient internet connection Bathroom is a bit older Shower could be bigger No soap or shampoo in the shower No ventilation in the bathroom The doors need some repair - too much force needed to open No basic ingredients in the kitchen such as salt or oil were available 130€/night is a lot of money but I guess it is acceptable considering the location and facility Issues nearby: The city should make more pavements - people have to often walk on the roads In July and August, everything is overpriced
