Great location that is easily reachable from Schwarzsee station.
Room was to a high standard with fast internet connection, and a shared guest fridge for drinks and snacks.
Hearty breakfast each morning to power up for the day! In good weather we ate outside with views of the Kitzbüheler Alps as a backdrop.
Friendly hosts who gave plenty of local tips, recommendations, and as a Kitzbühel native shared experiences of changing Kitzbühel life over time.
Guest car parking spaces, and storage room in summer for bikes/e-bikes.

It was a pleasure to talk during every breakfast with the very hospitable and informed host.
Ski-in & ski-out, using slope 22 and the field behind the guesthouse.
Large room and bathroom.
Good value for money.
Slightly dated furniture.
No sign on the guesthouse meant it was difficult to find at the beginning.
