Completely renovated in 2019, Villa 12 is ideally located in the Semaphore area in a private estate with large swimming pool and tennis court.
At 1. 5 km from the beach of Nartelle and 1.5 km from the city center, it offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Sainte-Maxime golf course and surrounding hills!
Decorated with care, the house can accommodate 10 people and consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large cathedral living room with fireplace, a kitchen and an outdoor terrace, a private pool , all surrounded by pine trees and cork oaks

Jolie villa rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Propriétaire sympathique et très accessible. Grand salon, belle cuisine spacieuse, sympathique terrasse dînatoire, coin lounge en terrasse pour profiter du coucher du soleil. Bonne situation au calme et pas trop loin ni de la plage, ni du centre ville. Seul petit bmol, nous étions 8 adultes et il n'y a que 4 transats en terrasse. Ce fut quand même une très chouette expérience et nous n'hésiterions pas à conseiller l'adresse.
