Quiet and yet centrally located!Ideal for hikers, cyclists, enterprising and relaxation seekers!The cozy, country-style apartment is located on the outskirts of Brey with direct access to the Traumpfad Rheingoldbogen and the Rheinburgenweg direction Koblenz and Boppard. In a few steps you are in the middle of nature and reach numerous hiking trails the most beautiful vantage points in the Rhine Valley. By bike you use the Rhine-Rad-Weg or the Rhine-Mosel-Eifel-Verbindungsradweg. They invite with varied possibilities to larger and smaller bike tours. The Upper Middle Rhine Valley is a World Heritage Site and rich in destinations for sightseeing, castles and museums. Boat trips start from Rhens, Koblenz and Boppard. Treat yourself to a break in my little wilderness. Garden furniture, parasol and charcoal grill await you in a garden area specially prepared for you. Bird chirping and the splashing of the Breyer Talbach, which flows through the middle of the garden, invite you to dream and relax. In the attached, lockable garden shed you have the possibility to store bicycles brought along. Here is also a power connector for e-bikes. You will also find cushions, Relexliegen and sun lounger. So you do not miss anything on holiday, a well-equipped, newly renovated apartment awaits you. It consists of a well-equipped kitchen with dining area. There are coffee machine, microwave, fridge and freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher, blender, kettle, egg cooker and toaster available and of course, sufficient crockery. You can expect a small cozy living room with sofa bed (for one adult or two children), satellite TV and stereo. Here you will find various games for sociable evenings, a small bookshelf for browsing, as well as an information box with plenty of material for things to do in our area. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed. Upon arrival, the beds are already made and on request you will receive from me an additional pillow and a blanket. In the spacious bathroom you will find two sinks, shower, toilet, bath and of course a hair dryer and towels. If necessary, you will receive from me an iron and ironing board. If you miss anything else, please contact me, if possible, I will provide a remedy. I am looking forward to your visit.

The cozy apartment can be found in the small town of Brey am Rhein. It lies between Koblenz and Boppard exactly in the middle. Its history dates back to Roman times. As a witness you will find the Roman aqueduct in the forest about 250m away. The ancient aqueduct tunnel was probably built 2000 years ago and is one of the largest of its kind north of the Alps dar. The apartment is located in the attic of a two-family house on the outskirts of Brey. To the house belongs a garden and in the middle of the garden flows the Breyer Talbach. The closeness to nature guarantees peace and relaxation. In a few steps you reach the Breyer valley, the Breyer forest and the Breyer vineyard, the Breyer Hämmchen. Brey is well connected by public transport and very centrally located in the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley. It is a good starting point for innumerable excursion destinations, hikes and bicycle tours. Only 1km from the apartment, you can reach different discounters, drugstores and bakers. General practitioners, dentists and pharmacies are located in the Rhens 2 km away. Good conditions for a nice relaxing holiday.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, sauber und durchdacht eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Dazu war die Lage der Wohnung sehr gut, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen Seitental des Rheins. Hinter die Wohnung fließt der Bach des Tales und diese ist in einen paradiesischen Hinterhof integriert. Der Vermieter hat eigens für seine Gäste eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit Privatsphäre eingerichtet und einen und einen eigenen Schuppen, in dem Fahrräder abgestellt werden können. Nachts ist es wunderbar ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock und ist komplett ausgestattet mit eine moderne Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer um das Wohl der Mieter besorgt.
Bei Fragen oder ähnlichem war sie hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ich würde wieder hinreisen.
