The location and the staff is super friendly. A special thank to Dodi, Frans, and the hotel driver all were very welcoming and hospitable. I highly recommend this hotel in Bali.

Staff extremely friendly and happy.
Excellent location with very clean and comfortable rooms.
Fantastic kids pool, entertainment and grounds for playing.
Breakfast was a little basic for western options. Lots of Indian options.
Infinity Pool was green.

The food was very good considering we were there over Nypi day (quiet day), so minimum staff were rostered to work, and the hotel was full.
Our room had a sewage odour, and I believe it was due to the plumbing being overwhelmed. We weren't able to change rooms because the hotel was at capacity.
The safe did not operate in our room.
