Location
Challenging to navigate the pedestrian only area in a car to check-in.
Suggest if driving park at the Parcheggio Stazione and pay for half an hour.
Walk to check in where you will be given a prepaid pass to park for free.

Check-in/ check-out was quick & efficient as payment was made upfront. Charming new apartment off a main square.
Booked the Junior Suite and was upgraded by lovely Patrizia at Front Desk.
3 supermarkets within easy walking distance.
Overall, the apartment was well located, well-maintained, and well-stocked (with the minor exceptions mentioned).
Had to request milk for the Lavazza machine in the room (which Patrizia promptly provided).
Insufficient hangers for 2 people staying for 5 nights.
Water was also not provided for 2 days, and we had to self-service at Ambra Hotel front desk. Presumably, the service staff saw our large bottles of store-bought water n assumed we didn't need anymore. However, we drink loads of water, and it would also have been nice to come back to some chilled water in the fridge.
No kettle or tea option.

Loved the location and the view of the square. Loved the bright sunlight.
The staff were stellar. Always ready with a smile to help or answer any questions.
