La casa è piccola ma confortevole,ha tutto quello che serve ed è sfruttata ottimamente,la vista del mare è un punto a favore e anche la posizione a 2 passi dalla spiaggia,ogni tipo di servizio nelle vicinanze e il parcheggio privato è molto utile. Ci torneremo sicuramente
Se devo trovare un difetto ,forse un po' rumoroso visto che si è su una strada trafficata. Ma una volta chiuse le finestre è ben insonorizzata

Vista davvero piacevole, si vede il mare dal letto e si può fare una piacevole colazione sul balconcino. Giochi per i bambini davvero ottimi. A dire il vero proprio una casa a misura di bambino. Ottimo il lettino e comodissima la vaschetta per fare il bagno ai bambini.
Il parcheggio non è proprio comodo, ci vogliono 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungerlo e se fossi stata da sola con la bambina non avrei potuto scaricare la macchina e lasciarla lì per prendere le chiavi perché la strada è il passaggio per un condominio. In bagno non ci sono superfici di appoggio o per appendere asciugamani. Anche la doccia ne è sprovvista.
