This unit is perfect for people who want to stay right in the center of Hollywood. Location Location Location!!!. The building is small and perfectly located in quiet street, on corner of Hollywood and La Brea. 5 minutes walking distance to main tourists' attractions like Chinese ,Kodak and El Capital Theaters, to great restaurants and shops. Unit is completely renovated with brand new Queen size bed. Unit has full kitchen and full bathroom. It is very clean and bright. If you don't have a car, its not a problem, public transportation is available. You will enjoy your stay and Hollywood life style.

We booked this property for my parents who stayed in town for an extended time period. Alla was an exceptional host: always responsive and willing to work through any issues even in the face of limitations beyond her control. I would recommend her as a host 1,000 times. The property was also very nice; clean, as advertised, close to key amenities, etc. Just what my parents and I were looking for.

Overall, I really enjoyed this property and and everything was just as pictured in the rental. The unit was very clean and had everything one would need for their stay including some waters in the fridge which was a nice touch. The only issue I ran into was with the flushing of the toilet which seemed to struggle at times. Alla was a great host and I would highly suggest that people rent her unit

The palce is exactly like the pictures. Perfect location if you hasn't a car.
Alla is the Perfect Host. She's always there for you, for any needs.
