This family-run ski and spa hotel truly exceeded my expectations, especially in one important way: the exceptionally high quality of the food at both dinner and breakfast. Given the price of the half-board package, I expected modest meals. Still, I chose the hotel because it is very close to the ski runs, and a free shuttle takes guests to the nearest slope in just three minutes.
I went to our first dinner somewhat skeptical, but when I saw the impressive selection of fresh salads—far beyond the traditional Shopska, including apple and beetroot salad, yogurt and cucumber with walnuts, cabbage with carrots and more—I decided to try them. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The cooked meat dishes were also surprisingly tasty and not greasy. Then came the desserts: more than five types of fresh fruit plus a rich pastry selection. The baked quince with honey and walnuts was a rare and wonderful surprise, and the freshly baked apple strudel—with plenty of apples and walnuts between thin pastry layers, and not overly sweet—was exactly my type of dessert. The draft rosé wine we ordered was also excellent for the price. At one point a man came out of the kitchen to check if guests were enjoying the food. He explained where the meat and dairy products came from and how the meals were prepared. We soon learned he was Asen, the hotel owner, personally overseeing everything in the kitchen. Breakfast the next morning was just as impressive: freshly baked pastry with quality cheese, eggs, pancakes, yoghurt, fruit jams from local blueberries and plums, excellent honey, plus grilled bacon, cold meats and a fresh vegetable bar. The fruit selection was even larger than at dinner. Coffee and mountain herb tea were excellent.
Add to this a clean spa with sauna, steam bath and heated pool, beautiful views of the Rhodope Mountains from the balconies of the spacious rooms, comfortable mattresses, and most importantly-friendly, attentive owners-and I will definitely return!

Die Unterkunft erfüllte komplett unsere Erwartungen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen heißen gefüllt. Als Familie mit einem Kleinkind ist dieses Hotel sehr kinderfreundlich. Es gibt einen Spielraum. Wir durften auch einen kleinen Kinderstuhl für das Zimmer ausleihen. Der Chefkoch hat unser Kind extra Suppe angeboten aber mein Kind mit 22 Monaten konnte auch alles vom Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet mitessen. Das Essen war täglich abwechslungsreich mehr als man essen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass der Chefkoch uns täglich persönlich begrüßte und kümmerte sich immer um seine Gäste. Am Nachmittag hat man nach dem Ski die Möglichkeit, sich in der Sauna und im Pool zu entspannen. Das Bett ist Mega gemütlich. Der Ski- Shuttle- Service ist kostenlos und bringt einen individuell zum Studenetz und holt einen auch ab. Das ist Mega bequem. Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum von Studenetz deswegen ist es nachts recht ruhig und wir konnten den Ausblick direkt auf den Wald sehr genießen. Nachts sieht man viele Sterne, da die Lichtverachmutzung nicht gibt. Es gibt für jeden einen Bademantel und sogar für mein Kind. Das sah sehr süß aus. Wir sind mit allem sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.
Innenausstattung könnten erneuert werden aber das hat die Qualität unseres Aufenthalts überhaupt nicht beeinträchtigt.

Хотела с намира на пътя за кулата Снежанка. На тихо място с много добра гледка.
Базата на хотела не е нищо особено, не отговаря на 4 звезди. Храната е вкусна, но няма голям избор. Най-дразнещо от всичко беше не досаждане от собственика с въпроса дали сте добре, имате ли нужда от нещо и т.н., и това при всяка среща с него. При напускане на стаята исках да платя сметката си от ресторанта. Казаха ми, че дължа 18лв, дадох 20лв и даже не си направиха устата да ти върнат ресто. Не издадоха и касов бон. Не бих посетил този хотел отново!
