Da cordialidade, dedicação e empenho dos proprietários.
Havia uma barata no quarto, chuveiro é fraco, a decoração do quarto que fiquei é antiga e feia, os canais de TV não funcionam, falta um móvel no quarto para colocar as roupas da mala.

Banheiro pequeno, poucas tomadas, cabideiro de roupas insuficiente. No geral, mesmo as instalações sendo modestas, necessita de pequenos reparos.
