In a luxury residence on the seafront and close to the town center, beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on the 8th floor, offering: a bright and spacious living room with sea view balcony, equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds. A bathroom with a bath and a shower room. Separate wc. In addition, a parking space, in basements -2, is allocated to the accommodation.

Great view, a short walk from the town centre, bars cafes and shops. Easy check in. Nice bathroom. Small and adequate kitchen, fine for a short stay. Lots of pots and pans knives etc, but not much room to prepare. Clean, but I did find chewing gum underneath the dining table. On the whole a jolly nice flat. However, bring your own sheets towels etc, you don't want to be spending 38 euro (cash only!) to prepare your own bedding. The Bed is a tiny double and the duvet and pillows (one each) could have been better quality, We also had a slight concern that some of the balconies were being shored up with scaffolding and a notice in the lift saying that all the balconies, front and back, were not to be used. We did use ours though. The balcony furniture could be upgraded it was a bit tired, but ok. It is obvious that the owners rely totally on the agent to manage all aspects of the apartment. I would have liked to pay through the VRBO website but was only able pay by bank transfer to the agent. It could be the most amazing apartment, but it was not expensive, so ideal for anyone who does not mind the slight flaws. On the whole it was a lovely stay.

Kan beter verfijnt worden. Salon zetels zijn doorzeten. Best vervangen. Op slaapkamer op het plafond waterplek waar verf afvalt. Dringend herstellen. Er waren herstellingen werken bezig vooraan, waardoor je enkel langs achter naar buiten kon. Locatie en zicht zijn dik in orde. Decoratie en inrichting in orde.
