Everything was great: the staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful; the location was excellent, close to the metro; the room was quiet and clean, with comfortable beds; and the breakfast was very good. I will definitely come back here the next time I’m in Paris!

We had a nice stay. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean with new towels every day. Breakfast was good and tasty. The hotel is a bit outside Paris, but the metro is only a 3-minute walk and takes less than 20 minutes to reach the center. There are supermarkets nearby, which is convenient. The area felt safe, even when we came back late at night with our kids. We would recommend this hotel.

We were very well received, but we were somewhat surprised by the room fee, quite high for a 3-star hotel. The room was as we expected, small but clean; the linen was clean, but everything was covered in an almost unbearable smell of mold (the attached photos are edifying!). Our towels and linen were changed even though we only stayed for two nights (10 out of 10 for that!). Breakfast was pretty good, but it's the first time I've seen boiled eggs served in cardboard packaging. The beds were quite large and comfortable. Be careful: the elevator serves 2 floors, meaning if you want to go up to the 5th floor, you will get off the elevator on the 6th floor and go down half a floor by stairs!

The ceiling was cracked on half of the surface, and in the area of ​​the fire sensor the crack was already worrying (see photo). In the bathroom, the bathtub was dirty from some leak, and the toilet button was cracked (see photo). The only drinkable coffee is espresso (single or double!). If you want a cappuccino, I recommend making a double espresso and adding cow's milk from the bottle on the table where breakfast is served.
