Clean and pretty.
Small bed for two. And we couldn't clean our dishes or vipe the table.

Really friendly staff and lovely breakfast room with even fresh figs for breakfast. Breakfast is laid out so you help yourself - good set up. Room is clean, comfy, quiet and spacious for price. Can walk to Ancona torretta free beach and a great resturant nearby - walk along road. Otherwise need a car to reach more attractive beaches. But a great place to stay if in Ancona Torretta and/or as a base for exporing the area by car. We really enjoyed our stay. recommended

The room was very comfy and clean, breakfast was good. Location is fantastic- 5 minutes from train station and all bus stops, 5 minutes to beach, 3 minutes to market. While Il Verde Pino is located at suburbs of Ancona, there is a quick bus connection with the city and Anocona main train station from where you can also easily travel to other nice places or other regions of Italy. Nearby beach is not crowded.
