Vom Frühstück, über Nähe der Skipiste, Skigebiet, Nachmittagsjause, Wellnessbereich, Abendessen und Zimmer mit Balkon alles bestens!
Bleibt ein unvergesslicher Skiurlaub und wird sicherlich eine Wiederholung finden.

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich ein Muss für Erholungssuchende und /oder Wintersportbegeisterte. Großer Spa- Bereich mit unzähligen Saunaräumen, Indoor—/Outdoorpool, Erholungsinseln. Direkt an der Skipiste und in unmittelbarer Nähe der Langlaufloipen. Geräumige, bequeme Zimmer und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Hotelräume. Aber das wahre, einzigartige Herzstück des Hotels sind dessen Mitarbeiter- sehr freundlich, immer bemüht, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen und stets gut gelaunt! In der Küche zaubert der Chekoch für mich persönlich sehr, sehr leckere auch vegane (!) Speisen her und im Spa- Bereich bekommt man die besten Behandlungen seit Langem. Alles in allem - wirklich top! Gratulation!

Das Personal war super freundlich. Der Sauna -und Poolbereich mit großer Gartenanlage wunderschön. Essen fantastisch! Absolutes Highlight Sonnenaufgangstour zum kleinen Königstuhl mit Gertraud. 🫶🏼

The pool and spa area were very good! Renovation overall is good! I guess the location and the carpark is fine as well.
Food was "fine" but not what you expect for the *s or the price.. very pretentious but not freshly made and not very tasteful (production kitchen for 100-200 guests). the Wine-fridge was (apparently) broken so we and other tables were served lukewarm wine bottles (also prestigious wines were warm) the staff quickly got some ice buckets but the bottles (of all tables) were already open. When we arrived in the room there were 2 big clumbs of dog hair in teh room and moving the carpet showed some more hairs.. we also found a towel with some feces stuck behind the door. The cleaning staff obviously don't feel like really cleaning, the spa area was very clean the rest of the hotel not.. also obvious by the many flies in the restaurant. The owners didn't seem too happy, the atmosphere wasn't great and not many guests smiled. Seemed that the (fantastic) renovation was ill timed and there is no money left for running the hotel at the quality that it deserves.. maybe sell it and get out if you don't want to work in hospitality!
