Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Toller Ausblick vom Balkon. Ruhige Lage, alles exakt so wie in der Beschreibung. Sehr gute Matratze. Definitiv empfehlenswert!
Unzufrieden war ich nur mit dem Buchungsverfahren über fewo-direkt, welches ich leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen kann. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts, es ist keinesfalls die Absicht oder das Verschulden des Vermieters. Was mich geärgert hat (vielleicht ist dies nützlich für zukünftige Mieter), es wird zunächst mit einem sehr guten Preis geworben. Erst im Laufe des Buchungsverfahrens muss man das "Kleingedruckte" aufmerksam studieren, um dann am Ende zu erfahren, dass die Wohnung eigentlich das Doppelte kostet. Soweit, so gut. Es ist ja auch durchaus die Verantwortung des Mieters, das Kleingedruckte zu lesen. Bei fewo-direkt ist es jedoch tatsächlich so, dass man richtig SUCHEN muss. Das war totaler Mist. Ich fühlte mich von fewo-direkt über's Ohr gehauen. Ein Klick zu schnell und ich hatte die dicke Rechnung am Hals. So geht man nicht mit seinen Kunden um!!!
Ich möchte noch einmal betonen, dass der individuelle Vermieter dafür nichts kann. Aber man sollte es wissen, BEVOR man über fewo-direkt bucht.
Die Wohnung würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen, aber ganz sicher nicht über fewo-direkt.
