Villa Anka

Excellent location-- walking distance to town and the waterfront. Very close to a bus stop for a day in Dubrovnik. Beautiful roses in the garden. Host left us a fruit liqueur and some homemade cake. Both excellent. Studio apartment was everything we needed. Nice little balcony with two seats and a table. Full kitchen. Host was very nice and informative. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property is in Cavtat, which is a very relaxing holiday resort area. We were there in the end of April, that's the off season, which literally made everything very enjoyable. It's far enough from Dubrovnik where everything gets expensive and crowded. I personally liked Cavtat very much. Clean water and many beaches and places for swimming. The host were also all very friendly and helpful.

Anka was a lovely host. We had a lovely peach drink and cake on arrival and felt super welcomed. The place super private and had nice trees across the road. We loved the balcony. Due to availability, we were able to check out late which was really helpful! Good location, easy walking distance.

Quiet location. Efficient air conditioning. Shower was powerful and hot.

Plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, kitchen knives, drainer, fridge, towels, should all be renewed, very old!! Had to ask for toiletries and toaster which were listed in facilities but not there. Had to use sandwich maker for toast first few days before a new toaster arrived. Toiletries supplied were used shampoos from previous guests and a new shower gel arrived during the week. Only two spare plug sockets in the entire apartment and they were in the kitchen, so we had to have the toaster (when it arrived) on the floor to reach the socket. Very few hangers all different varieties.
