Amazing views and beautiful hotel and staff service was very excellent
Breakfast was poor and also very limited options and not really catering for international guests it seems. English breakfast tea was not an option, only Turkish. For our entire stay, the elevators were not working and our room was on the top floor. The hotel and staff are good but for the price I paid I was expecting a bit more value for money.

The swimming pool area is really nice ! The rooms are comfy, quiet and big. The cleaning is perfect. Staff is really helpful. Breakfast is amazing.
The spa is not incredible. The beach deck chairs are broken and couldn't find a decent place...
Careful ! If dinner isn't included, the restaurant is not really accessible (or really expensive...)

Good location, good food options , nice beach and jetty & pleasant staff
Music too loud and little variations during daytime by pool - so loved to beach area - neighbouring hotel also very loud day and night. Outside Restaurant table and floor cleanliness and clearing up not good too slow & night entertainment very poor

The hotel looks beautiful, especially coming in at entrance. The pool is nice.
Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately not what we expected for the price. We chose not to take the all-inclusive package, but even so, the cost was higher than other hotels in Bodrum that do offer all-inclusive. In fact, we paid more here than at a nearby all-inclusive resort just 10 minutes away.
Communication at reception was difficult, as very few staff spoke good English (with one helpful exception). When we enquired about the à la carte restaurant, no one could provide clear answers, and only later we found out it was closed until Friday. The regular buffet was available, but at 2,000 lira per person, it felt overpriced. Breakfast was basic - cheese, fruit, breads and plenty of Nutella - nothing particularly special.
The overall atmosphere was lacking, and most of the staff seemed rather unfriendly. While the hotel is located on the beach, it’s still a bit of a walk to actually get there.
In our opinion, this property does not live up to a true 5-star standard and was not good value for money.
