The detached holiday home Casa Bassanega is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Bassanega district, which belongs to the municipality of Tremosine. All rooms offer a spectacular view over the northern part of Lake Garda and the mountain massif opposite. The house offers two terraces on different levels and a large balcony, all with an excellent panoramic view of the lake and mountains.
The renovated holiday home consists of a spacious living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen from which you have access to the balcony. From the sitting area in the living room you can enjoy the view of the nearby lake through a large panoramic window with a crackling open fire. In front of the entrance door is one of the terraces with a dining area. From the living room you have access to a spacious bathroom with bath and a cloakroom with storage facilities.
A spiral staircase leads to the two bedrooms, each of which has access to the large terrace. The large bedroom has an en-suite shower room and next to the second bedroom there is another toilet with washbasin and washing machine.
Parking is available at the property.
The village is very favourably located between the lakeshore and the Tremosine plateau and offers many opportunities for sporting activities and excursions in the surrounding area. The picturesque Limone (approx. 3 km) invites you to stroll and eat ice cream on the lakeshore, or you can opt for a trip through the wild and romantic Brasa Gorge, which has already been used as a film set (including James Bond). The house is an excellent starting point for families as well as hikers and bikers.

The main room has a round dining table, a seating area with two sofas (one of which is a pull-out sofa) and a fireplace as well as an open-plan kitchen with a bar counter. The two balcony doors and the panoramic window offer an excellent view of the mountains and lake.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and oven, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. You can prepare espresso with a de Longhi portafilter machine (powder or portafilter sachets from the supermarket at the junction in Limone in the direction of Tremosine). For filter coffee, there is a filter attachment for a cup or pot.
