The hotel exceeded our expectations, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable with lots of advice, day trip ideas and genuine care. I could not have asked for anything more, it was perfect. The views were breath-taking and the local walking routes across the German border to Mittenwald along the river was a welcomed addition.
The staff made it easy to plan Ski / Snowboarding trips, explaining the best slopes for the time of year as well as sending us a discounted code for public transport and other day trips. The Sauna was exceptional and not overcrowded, a fantastic idea after a long day on the slopes, it was always clean and tidy with plenty of spare towels on hand.

Everything was excellent and we had a very good stay the place
It is very quite, clean, parking around including electricical charging available.
No kettle in the room, you can buy coffee / tee from a Maschine on a corridor.

We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment was quite spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Alps. The hosts were very helpful and were quite accommodating of our requests. The sauna was relaxing after a long day of hiking.
