I stay here quite a lot as staff are always welcoming and nice facilities. Food is always good and a great breakfast.

The facilities were great pool steam room, sauna was out of order. Play room for young kids and spacious rooms not too cramped
The staff on the monday. When we arrived on sunday the lady was so polite and she checked us in and everything went fine and she said oh you have breakfast included what time do you want to come down? I didn’t even think we had breakfast included and I said oh great 730? So we went for breakfast at 7:30 and the guy was so rude he said oh come and sit down. I’m not sure if you’ve got breakfast included then continue to tell us how to help ourselves to the buffer so my my daughter and her friend went and helped themselves which he quickly ran over and tapped us on the shoulder and said actually no you’re not having breakfast here even though we got told by the receptionist we were which i explained and he just shook his head with no apology nothing which was extremely embarrassing and my daughter on her birthday ended up crying. I’m running back to the room.
