Douche op begane grond was wat aan de kleine kant. Locatie ligt wat hoger op de berg waardoor 2 bussen nodig om in Ischgl te komen. Wat langer onderweg naar de piste in Ischgl

Nice comfortable house. Rooms are spacious, kitchen is very well equipped and almost acts as a living room. Stube is cosy and quite authentic. Bedrooms are great and all warm and called water in the rooms we used. Beds are comfortable. Ski-equipment room has also all of the required facilities and is again spacious to use a change room. Plenty of parking space in front of the house. Busstop in front of the house with a 30 min interval stop to Kappl town or Ski-gondel station. In both stops you can switch over to take the bus to other Paznaun ski-resorts (Ischgl).
Property is on the mountain, of course quite common for the region. But walking to town (Dorf) or bundesstrasse (lower town) for dining requires to be in good condition or take the car or bus (busses do not run all night).
