We were really impressed with how incredibly clean the place was — the towels and sheets were changed every single day, and everything was very well maintained. A super kind lady welcomed us, gave us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants, and was always helpful and responsive. The garden was lovely, and there was free parking available.
The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. It’s not the most amazing beach, but it’s fine — just make sure to bring water shoes, as almost all beaches in the area are rocky.
Great value for money — we will definitely be coming back!
The only downsides were that the bathroom was a bit small and, like in many places in Greece, the shower is handheld with no wall mount. You can also sometimes hear guests from the neighboring rooms.

Lefki Villa is a nice, clean cut white, stone and wooden style block of buildings at a convenient location, considering it is between (but not inside) the most touristic villages of the first leg of Chalkidiki. It has also a beautiful open common space area with sofas etc to spend your time while relaxing.
No particular problem, just the fact that in order to go to the beach you need to walk through the (pretty expensive) beach bars and organised premises and in order to go the nearest mini markets etc you need a moto/ car.
