only downside I wish there was a washing machine it would of been handy after using the fire pit two nights to wash some of the Smokey clothes

Location is amazing, set in the middle of peaceful farmland with an amazing outlook and loads of outdoor space for the kids to play. The barn is really well equipped, rooms are all a great size and very comfortable.
The internet was a bit of a problem for us. I know the property is rural, but it is not inexpensive and at this rate I really just expect the internet to work. Doesn't have to be super fast, but adequate to watch some Netflix, or sustain a video call. 99% sure a 4G router and external aerial should do the trick.
