I was in the room familiar with this property. I knew where the location was and a new actually how nice the condo was previously. Is very well kept my kids loved it maintenance had definitely took the time before my arrival to make sure everything was up and running including light bulbs and garbage disposal we had no issues with toilets bathtubs anything. Which made the state very very comfortable. House cleaning definitely did a good job, as I am familiar with how these units are rented and that there are guests in and out, I'll emphasize again a housekeeping didn't excellent job as well. The local office and there was one time I did have to reach out to the corporate office but it wasn't for anything negative, were they perfect example of what guest service should be and always should be. This day in this vacation was a 10 out of 10

Easy to find! Nice comfy place
Coffee maker doesn’t have an automatic turn off. When we got home from all day skiing we noticed that coffee maker was still on and very hot. Everything else was very nice!!
