We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend at this nice home. The screened in back porch off of the living room was our favorite spot! Coffee in mornings, relaxing at the end of the day, we had many awesome convos and memories made on the porch. It was a 30 minute drive from the kimberling marina, and eureka springs Arkansas. The home also had everything we needed to cook and live comfortably for the 4 days 3 nights. Would highly recommend!

After five years of living in the Kansas City area, we finally made it down to this part of the state—and we’re so glad we did! Our stay at the lakehouse was excellent. The space was just right for our group of seven, offering plenty of comfort and everything we needed.We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals and save on dining out multiple times a day. The three teenagers with us had a great time kayaking on the lake. While lake access could be a bit tricky for older guests, it was manageable and fun for the younger ones.We made full use of the amenities—the kayaks, the smoker, and the deck, the screened in patio and cozy indoor space. The location was also ideal: just 30 minutes to Eureka Springs and about 50 to Top of the Rock and Branson. The drives were scenic and enjoyable, making it feel even closer.Overall, a wonderful getaway spot and a great value. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Lake was on a VERY DANGEROUS HILL. Could not really see much of the lake thru the trees.I also didn't like how the down stairs (3 bedrooms), had ONE bathroom. The little bedroom downstairs didn't even has a night light to see once you turned off the light. Had to finally take out a half gallon bottle out of the toilet in order to keep it working. The furniture, top and bottom needs replaced. When you sit down you sink to the floor....THE FINAL STRAW WAS WHEN WE TOOK THE SHEET OFF THE BED LIKE WERE SUPPOSE TO THE TOP PADDING HAD A PEE STAIN! DISGUSTING!
