This two bedroom two bath villa located in a gated community is on the ground floor with stunning views of Semiahmoo Bay, Vancouver Island, the city lights of White Rock and the Peace Arch. Every morning you will wake up to sailboats, seal, eagles, blue heron and every once in a while, whale sightings. Every night you will sit back in awe at the hues of color painted in the sunset right before you. With views of the island and Mt. Baker, Semiahmoo offers outdoor recreation, family fun, romantic getaways and a place for respite. This home is located right next door to a destination resort that provides access to excellent restaurants, a spa, golf courses and a marina and yet provides you your very own beachfront property! You also have access to purchase a day pass to use the pool, hot tub, pickle ball and gym facilities at the resort because you are staying at a Villa on the spit! Just 45 minutes south of Vancouver, B.C. and 90 minutes north of Seattle, paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, bonfires and swimming are yours for the taking . The two items we found a little different were:Stairs in both the Bedroom and living room especially hard to see if not paying attention. Actually fall down the living room stairs because was not extra careful.One of the Dining room chairs we found the screws on the floor and seat was not attached. Left note and screws with maid.Although it said bring toiletries, we did not think to consider that meant shower soap. Also would have been nice to have tissues.Overall the stay was lovely! Enjoyed it very much!

We all enjoyed our trip and loved our stay. Very clean and well equipped, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Location is nice and quiet and happy to have the General store nearby to grab a morning coffee. First time to Blaine, so this location worked for us since we wanted to see a bit of everything and it’s centrally located.
