About this apartment rental
A picturesque apartment in one of the most beautiful communities on Lake Constance. In a quiet location, this gem is located overlooking Lake Constance in the beautiful village of Litzelstetten. The two landlords, Erwin and Gabi Maguhn, have furnished a very cozy, yet modern apartment in the center. The apartment is located on the ground floor / mezzanine floor of a two-family house overlooking the Überlinger See. The entire apartment is newly renovated and furnished (2019) and offer everything the renter heart desires. The kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances and fully furnished. From the bedroom and living room and from the terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake, from the WZ access to the terrace and garden. The bedroom with the two single beds is separated by a sliding door from the living room and can, if necessary, be left completely open. In the yard parking is free. The infrastructure is optimal: Supermarket, three bakeries, doctors, pharmacy, bus stop are within walking distance in about five minutes. The nearby (free) beach can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the beautiful flower island Mainau is only about 25 minutes away. For sports enthusiasts lure water sports, hiking, climbing, many bike paths, horseback riding, tennis and golf courses.
The beautiful old town of Konstanz with its historically unique buildings, the many cozy wine bars and restaurants, the harbor for boat trips and great shopping opportunities can be reached in 25 minutes by bus or in about 15 minutes by car.
Please note that we have to charge a visitor's tax of € 2.50 per person / night. This is to be handed over to us before departure. This fee is from the completed 16. LJ due. The tourist tax entitles to the free use of buses in Konstanz.
When approaching, please make sure that you do not drive into the Amselweg itself by car, but pass it and take the next driveway on the left in the courtyard (between Amselweg and Holländerstrasse).

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in einer sehr gut ausgestatteten und sauberen Wohnung verbracht. Der Garten und die Aussicht von der Terrasse sind wunderschön. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Immer wieder gerne!
