In my car parking number 11, there was always another car parked. Someone should take care about car parking.
There should be someone from the hotel available on place to contact with.
There were not WC paper on the bathroom.
The accomodation is very confortable and the place very nice.

The flat is in a residential block and judging by the rubbish left, people gather in the entrance hall. The flat appears very modern and clean until you notice the dust on all the skirting boards, dust on the lamps, black grouting hides the look of the mould! The shower glass has a corner which should be cleaned. Dust webs on the wall near the door in the bathroom. The bin in the kitchen is battered. Lamp in the kitchen/diner not working, nor is the clock. One lamp in the bedroom I couldn't find a socket for! The tv is on a glass table in front of the radiator which needs moving if you want to turn on the heating. Not ideal for safety.
