The house was perfect for our needs. Beds are comfy, kitchen was well appointed, and the pool and views were incredible. Very quiet neighborhood, and David, the concert that comes as a part of the deal, was amazing, prompt and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Our family of 10 recently stayed at the Kona Coast for a week, and it was an unforgettable experience. The property is located in a peaceful neighborhood, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere with breathtaking ocean views. The landscaping was beautifully maintained, adding to the overall tranquil setting.
The house itself was spacious and comfortable, making it the perfect accommodation for our large family. Each room was well-appointed, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their time together. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying meals on the patio, or just unwinding in the comfortable living areas, we all felt right at home.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway with a beautiful setting. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Our Family of 7 spent a week at Hale Akoa. The setting is spectacular, beautiful and private. The huge living area provided an abundance of seating options and opened onto the covered lanai that stretches the entire length if the house. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, and more. The pool was great and water temperature was always optimal. Grounds and plantings are stunning. We already miss waking up to the views every morning. Optimal views of sunsets and ocean views. The house was very well appointed, especially the kitchen which had everything one could possiblyneed for cooking and entertaining. Property is convenient to Kona and nearby areas without the traffic noise and bustle. We hope to return and would definitely rent this property again!
