About this house rental
-House located 250 m from the coastal path and 500 m from the beach (fine sand). It is located in a very quiet subdivision. Many walks by trail from the rental. Nearby cities to visit (Concarneau, Pont Aven, Moëlan, Trévignon, Névez, Quimper, Fouesnant ...) Small enclosed garden with large terrace overlooking a field of sheep. Garden lounge sun loungers, barbecue. Baby equipment (bed, chair, booster seat, park, deckchair)

Ground floor: living room, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, shower room, garage (washing machine, freezer)
Floor: 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with 2 separate beds that can be pushed together), bathroom (bath), a separate toilet
Sheets not provided, or optional 8 euros per bed.
A deposit of 300 euros will be required upon arrival and returned on the day of departure (except damages).
Winter heating package in addition.

Das Haus ist funktional eingerichtet. Es bietet eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf eine Wiese und Schafen. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass es mit Hund sehr entspannt ist. Der Empfang ist sehr herzlich und es gibt einen sehr leckeren Kuchen von den Vermietern beim Empfang! Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer zuverlässig und es wurde in kurzer Zeit geantwortet. Die Umgebung bietet alles, sehr schöne Wanderrouten, schnelle Erreichbarkeit Concarneau, Pont Aven, Quimper. Fußläufig ist kein Restaurant etc erreichbar, somit ist ein Auto vorteilhaft.

Nous avons passé une semaine des plus agréables dans cette maison. Très propre, bien entretenu et moderne. Tout est prévu dans la maison pour un séjour confortable. Jardin arrière donnant sur un grand terrain avec sommeil, vue très relaxante et privée. Accueil charmant des propriétaires très sympathiques et cadeau de bienvenue du plus délicieux gâteau breton. De bons souvenirs, nous serions ravis de revenir ici un jour.

Avons passés de superbe vacances dans cette location calme qui est très bien placée par rapport a la plage et au sentier côtier , propriétaire très accueillant et sympathique. :) A l'année prochaine sans doute :)
