Between land and sea, quiet, a charming farmhouse (furnished with 3-star tourism), fully renovated, located a stone's throw from the sea and several beautiful beaches, will welcome you comfortably: enjoy a friendly atmosphere, a careful decoration and complete equipment for a successful stay.
Chic and contemporary allure for this old farmhouse revisited in a natural and refined spirit. Available with the elements: sea spray, wind and seagulls! White, gray, blue, books and games.
The house is located near major tourist sites: the island of Molène, the island of Ouessant, the exceptional site of the Pointe Saint Mathieu lighthouse and its abbey, the fort of Bertheaume and its adventure course but also the swimming pool. sea water 800 m away, the cinema, the crêperies, biscuit factory and gourmet restaurants and 20 min by car from Brest, its castle and its commercial port.

You will access this independent longère on the ground floor and will have a private terrace area and its outdoor lounge to relax, have a drink or have a snack. Barbecue available.
Entrance open onto a corridor leading to a bathroom, an SDD with its workshop-style canopy (1 walk-in shower 90x90, basin, shelves, storage unit, hairdryer, washing machine and towel dryer), a bright and sunny living room of 30m2 with relaxation area (Wifi & TV) and family dining area. The kitchen, fully equipped, will allow you to concoct delicious meals on the return from your iodized walks.
A staircase gives access to a double bedroom (2 beds of 70, 1 chest of drawers and 1 coffee table).
A walkway, with a sea view over the Goulet de Brest, serves a cozy little cocoon of raw wood in a fisherman's hut style, ideal for Robinsons (1 bed, 1 storage unit, games and books), a master bedroom (king size bed) , storage in raw wood planks and nesting tables), a small office area and a relaxation area in a catamaran net for a nap, head in the clouds or under the starry sky (optional and free of charge).

We enjoyed a great week at Laurences and Ludovics Lodge. The house is so cosy and well equiped, we all were really sad to leave. We all agree, it was one of the very best houses we ever stayed during vacation. Thanks also for all the wonderful ideas how to spend our time and explore interesting and worth-to-see spots in the area!

We had a wonderful stay in this ideally located and very tastefully decorated house, where we immediately felt at home. This is certainly also due to the friendly and helpful owners Ludovic and Laurence. We received many good tips from them about sightseeing and good restaurants. Also taking into account the weather conditions. We can highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay in the lodge, which was lovingly designed by Ludovic and Laurence. We were well looked after and had a great base from which to explore the beautiful nature and Finistère region. Great hosts with a sense of something special!
