Hôtel Alcôve Nice

The main thing we loved about this hotel was the staff. They are incredibly kind and attentive people, especially Arielle. Everyone was very welcoming, always ready to help and give great recommendations on the best restaurants and places to visit. The team is truly warm and friendly. In my opinion, this is the hotel’s greatest asset and highlight. 100 out of 10.

Great location, close to the public transport station. Great staff, many restaurants and stores nearby. Very clean room, nice bathroom with great bath cosmetics.

Very strict policy in case you happen to leave a stain on the towels. Only nescafe was provided in the room - a nice esspreso machine maker (even Shwarts one) would be much better. Very noisy as well.

It was in a great location and was comfortable, The lady on reception was very kind and accommodating when we arrived.

There were no towels in the room when we arrived. We were told there had been an issue with the washing machine and that towels would be delivered within the hour, but it ended up taking over three hours. This was particularly frustrating as I needed to take a shower. When we came down for breakfast at 9:30am, several items were missing from the self-service selection.

Short walk to the Promenade. Staff are super-friendly and helpful.

Very cramped triple bed room. Third bed has no access to electric plug or bed lamp next to it. Therefore price is a bit too high for a third bed when the room literally is like two beds. No fridge and no proper wardrobe for the price of the room . For £200 plus for a night, at least these two necessities should be provided. I had to keep my clothes on an open shelf at the top and constantly keep climbing on a chair to retrieve my clothes. My other two family members had to just treat their suitcases as wardrobe.
