Codice citra 008031-AGR-0002 The villa, on two floors, completely renovated in 2006, has large spaces that guarantee privacy to every guest. On the ground floor, the spacious and equipped kitchen offers a welcoming environment enriched by the ancient cupboards full of crockery and pots and all kinds of accessories. On the same floor two full bathrooms with shower, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a large living room with sofa bed create a pleasant sleeping and relaxing area. From two window doors you access the outside where a covered area allows you to enjoy the cool and eat in the garden. The old stone staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two other double bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with a living room and a double sofa bed. The first floor is completely surrounded by a terrace ideal for enjoying the sun and the silence of the countryside.
From the villa you can access a safe room ideal for storage, maintenance and cleaning of bicycles.
The restaurant is available free of charge if requested during booking.
Adjacent to the villa there are two barbecues for pleasant barbecues, and in a dedicated area in addition to the barbecue you can use the wood oven to enjoy pizzas and other Ligurian delicacies. In the olive grove there is a swimming pool, ideal for children and teenagers, equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. A pleasant path allows you to stroll through the estate to discover the olive trees and the spontaneous flora of Liguria. In just 5 m walk you can reach Costa d'Oneglia an ancient and typical Ligurian village. The villa offers the opportunity for a relaxing holiday in contact with nature, but allows you to reach the city center and its attractions within a few minutes by car.
The total price does not include the tourist tax of € 2 per person (over 14 years) per night, for the first 5 nights.

Clarté du ciel ligure ,espace des oliveraies de 3 ha en 3D par leurs cultures en terrasses, confort des terrasses multiples, de l’espace four pizza/BBQ à distance de la maison, et puis super petite piscine, géniale pour les 4 petits enfants et leurs pères photographes .tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et servir de beaux plats pour 10 et plus

tornati da week-end di festeggiamenti per un addio al celibato. punto di forza sicuramente la posizione, immersa tra gli ulivi la proprietà rimane isolata e quindi non si rischia di dar fastidio al vicinato. le foto non rendono giustizia, ma il terreno esterno è immenso. la zona barbecue rimane in corpo staccato rispetto alla casa (300mt circa), ma è attrezzata di tutto. in 10 abbiamo occupato tutto l'immobile, quindi avevamo anche l'utilizzo esclusivo della piscina, per gruppi credo che sia una soluzione ideale ad un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La proprietaria carina e rapida nelle risposte, ci ha concesso un check-out ritardato di qualche ora senza chiederci nulla. self check-in comodissimo: arrivi e le chiavi son già lì, per qualsiasi dubbio si puo contattare Giorgia. Piazzale per più posti auto davanti alla casa e supermercati/tabacchi nelle vicinanze. peccato solo che i week-end durino cosi poco. Alla prossima

Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und für Plaudereien offen. In einem gepflegten Olivenhain konnten wir den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus geniessen. Die selbstgemachte Pizza aus dem zur Verfügung stehenden Pizzaofen war fantastisch.
Einziger Nachteil: die Auffahrt
