Location was great! We loved all the "host cats" on the property - they were all very friendly (we're cat people). The beds were comfy (1 queen in master bedroom and 2 twins in 2nd bedroom). There were technically 2 bathrooms: 1 off the master bedroom with a toilet and sink and 1 full bath off the kitchen with toilet, tub and sink. The master bedroom bathroom could be improved with a wall scrub to remove the mildew and fresh coat of Kilz to prevent future mildew, because there was quite a bit of mildew on the upper walls (no bathroom fan). We ended up mostly using the main bathroom since it had a tub with shower. This apartment met our needs nicely. We parked on the street across from the main entrance with no troubles.
The mildew in the half-bath was not nice but somewhat expected w/o a bathroom fan.

Jimmis was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was good and the half bath was a convenient addition. Location was not bad, walkable but it was a bit challenging to find. We would definitely stay again!
The steps could be a barrier for anyone disabled.

Although the house has the basics , there was a lack of previous proper airing. Minor details about bathroom cleanliness. Overall aesthetics of the house (or even neighborhood) not so appealing. An update in decoration and amenities will make all the difference
