L'appartement est spacieux, agréable et au calme.
L' ouverture de la porte d'entrée est un peu compliquée. L'accès du logement situé au 2ème étage se fait via un ascenseur/monte charge. Le jardin est au rez-de-chaussée, à partager avec l'habitant et avec du vis-à-vis. Le parking est devant le logement, plutôt pratique mais au bord de la route, avec des écoliers qui passent devant,  dont un qui a jeté des pierres sur ma voiture ce qui a fait des rayures. Le ménage est à ajouter au prix de la location, soit 50€ à prévoir en plus.
