Goede locatie. Ruime kamer. Leuke inrichting. Fijne bedden. Communicatieve eigenaar.
Erg gehorig. Je kunt de gesprekken van de andere kamer volgen. Ook rumoerig door straatgeluiden. ‘s Ochtends vroeg lawaai omdat er gewerkt wordt aan de nieuwe lift.
Aangeboden ontbijt in de kamer is verpakt materiaal zoals crackers en koekjes. Cake in de gezamenlijke ruimte oud en droog. Tip: heerlijk ontbijt, borrel en lunch aan de overkant bij Ancora. Vrolijke en blije bediening.
Goed bed, maar dekens. Je weet nooit of ze gewassen zijn. Genoeg handdoeken. Wc-papier….denk bij het laatste vel: hopelijk redt de volgende het ook wel. Zuinig aan doen dus, anders kom je te kort.
Parkeren is een lucky shot, er moet maar net een plek vrij zijn.

Appartamento molto bello, tutto pulito e ben curato. Posizione comoda, vicino al mare e al centro città. L’atmosfera è molto accogliente, si sente tranquillità e comfort. Il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile. Tutto è stato ad alto livello.
Praticamente nessun aspetto negativo, tutto corrispondeva alla descrizione e alle aspettative.

The Oltremare Soul House is a beautiful space that makes you feel special. Silvana has a special touch and creates an environment that is welcoming and comfortable. Such a lovely place, great for families. Across from the promenade and close by restaurants. Short walk to the City centre. I would love to return to Chivari just to stay at the Oltremare property. Silvana was extremely attentive and accommodated our requests without hesitation.
