Good location close to beach, train station, bars, shops and restaurants.
Good kitchen facilities - cutlery, pots and pans etc. Washing machine works well.
Two toilets
Beds were fine
Management responsive to communication and very clear directions for check in provided
Place needs to be painted. Grouting in shower requires cleaning, as do floors.
There is a clothes rack for drying but nothing dries in the apartment
Leak in separate toilet room. We informed management but they were already aware of it.
We were asked to pay double the city tax payable due to a system error.
