Amazing, big villa with lovely gardens for children to run around and a big, clean pool. The place is very well equipped, with well-thought-out facilities and plenty of places to sit, chat, or eat. Easy to find a place in the sun or hide in the shade. The bedrooms were cleverly positioned and separated, so two families could easily stay here and not intrude on or disturb each other. The owner was very helpful, friendly, and generous, looking after the garden and pool. The villa is a short drive away from a couple well-stocked supermarkets and a lovely bakery. My family and I, including an 18-month-old toddler, loved our stay here.

The villa is rather remote, so there is no possibility of going out within walking distance; plan accordingly.

Our stay at Orazio’s stunning villa was nothing short of splendid. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Although the villa is tucked away in a remote location, we had no trouble making seamless day trips to Rome thanks to the nearby train service. The setting was ideal for me and my family. The pool was absolutely fantastic—crystal clear and beautifully maintained—and the house and grounds were exquisitely designed with great attention to detail. It truly felt like a slice of paradise. Orazio himself was incredibly accommodating, regularly checking in to maintain the garden and gifting us delicious baked goods throughout the week. His hospitality added a lovely personal touch to our experience.

It’s worth noting that this isn’t a typical Airbnb or hotel—it’s someone’s home, and while that might not be everyone’s cup of tea, for us it felt wonderfully homely and welcoming. We would absolutely consider staying here again. Plus due to the time of year it was a bugs heaven and the amount of bites we have is hard to count but there’s not much you can do about that.

Fantastisk smuk perle beliggende væk fra al turisme og menneskemængder, men stadig i fin afstand til indkøbsmuligheder, by og sø. Vores vært var utroligt sød og imødekommende, og sørgede for at vores ophold var rigtig godt fra start til slut. Huset , haven og beliggenheden var alt hvad vi kunne drømme om. Haven var utroligt velholdt - og meget meget idyllisk. Vi vil helt sikkert komme igen.
