Our townhouse-style condo has one of the best locations on Sugar Mountain - right at the first tee on the golf course, right beside tubing and ice skating in ski season and right across the street from the ski lodge. Walk to everything in every season! This 1800 square foot condo features 4 bedrooms, each with a private full bath, and a large, open living, dining and kitchen space. The main level has the living room, kitchen, and dining area complete with a balcony overlooking the golf course area.

The property was perfect for access to the slopes. It was large enough for our group and we walked to the resort. Perfect location and had everything we needed.

Location and view of golf course was excellent and would be enhanced if good, new outdoor furniture like rocking chairs were present. A wooden bench table with umbrellas would be nice too.
The floorplan in this condo is very nice and practical but the carpeting, appliances and furniture need updating and a deep cleaning.
Definitely would return to this comfortable and family-friendly townhouse.

The location is perfect! It really just needs a deep clean (property manager needs to spend a bit more on the upkeep)and some minor updates and it would be awesome! Considering you don’t have to drive to get to the ski lifts it is totally worth the outdated appearance.
