For holidays with family or friends, the Grand Galbert is a chalet in which young and old will feel good. The chalet is 50 meters from the ski slopes of the Alpe d'Huez Grand Domaine (1300-3300m) while being located in the unspoilt and authentic village of Villard-Reculas (1550m). Built in 2018 in traditional style and materials, the cottage has all the refinement and comfort of a contemporary design.
The bright living room is particularly spacious. You will have fun, in case of bad weather or during a day of rest, to spend your day in this space with a breathtaking view of the Taillefer massif and the Grand Galbert. This beautiful stay will be the setting of unforgettable moments spent around the bar or the large wooden table. The table football will delight young and old and will contribute to the memories of the holidays and the pleasure of being together.
The spacious rooms with quality bedding will allow you to sleep well and be fit for your holidays. The children will be happy to meet in a large dormitory.
Everything is done so that you pass a stay of quality for the sportsmen and less sportsmen. You will be even better than at home!

Comme le chalet est neuf, il n'y avait pas de commentaires et du coup c'était dur de choisir. Mais a posteriori, on a été super content de notre choix car en plus sur la 1ère année, les prix sont moins chers.
Le chalet est très spacieux, avec de grands espaces, et que ce soit les parents ou les enfants, on a tous adoré notre séjour.
Après une journée sportive à faire randonnée , escalade ou via ferrata, les enfants ont beaucoup aimé profiter du baby foot et de la salle de jeu tandis que les adultes se décrassaient au sauna et profitaient de la belle vue depuis le salon. Le soir on faisait de grandes tablées assez animées!
Nous avons déjà réservé pour Noel prochain, car le chalet est quasi sur les pistes!

We stayed in this chalet last Easter.
The location is great and the space itself is truly beautiful and unique. We have rented a lot of chalets, but this chalet is defintily the best one. Very well equipped which a tough of danish design:-)
The ski slopes are super close. No bus or car is needed - only 5 min. of walk.
We were even able to go climbing. Down in valley we found some nice crags
Can strongly recommend this property.
